Welcome to DawnzDoxies

We are a family breeder of Miniature Dachshunds. We are located in sunny South Florida. All our dogs are our pets. They live with us in our home.(Actually, it seems we live in their home) Our puppies are raised and loved in our home until they go to their new forever home. We only have a few dogs and only a few litters each year. All our dogs are AKC registered with the exception of Cookie & Princee. They are registered ACA & APRI, respectively. We will also be dual registering some of our dogs with CKC. We strive to raise quality, healthy miniature dachshunds that conform to the dachshund standard for you to love & enjoy as your family pet.

My name is Dawn and I just love my Doxies! Cookie was my first Doxie and she started it all. My children help me raise all our dogs & puppies. They make sure they are loved & well socialized. They help with feeding and cleaning too. My husband helps love on all the dogs too.

Our puppies are raised inside our home until they are ready for their new homes. These are quality pets that have been loved & handled daily. They are well socialized healthy puppies. They will have had all their vaccinations & de wormings according to their age. I also have their dewclaws removed. I give a Health Guarantee with all my puppies. I have been training them to use a puppy litter box & it has been successful. I send home a sample of the puppy litter pellets, so you can continue training them to go outdoors.

I price my puppies according to their pedigree, coat, color & pattern. Our prices start at $600.00.

They are not cheap puppies, but remember you are getting a quality, healthy puppy. That cheap puppy may cost you in vet expenses & they may have health or behavorial issues.

And be aware of pet stores or unscrupulous breeders. Do you really know where they came from or anything about their history or their parents' history? And how often are they handled & loved?

You may pay a little more for your puppy here, but it will be worth a lifetime of happiness with your healthy & well adjusted puppy.

We will never knowingly sell to puppy mills, pet stores, commercial breeders, or unethical breeders. We prefer not selling our puppies to breeders because we would prefer our pups to have a loving pet home. We reserve the right to sell or not to sell our puppies to any one.

We have had a lot of rain in sunny south Florida lately. With the rain comes the mud & the dogs love the mud. After the mud playing they need a bath. I tried to get everyone in the tub, but only a few would cooperate. But we had fun!
