We are a family hobby breeder of Miniature Dachshunds.  We are located in sunny South Florida.   All our dogs are our pets.  They live with us in our home.(Actually, it seems we live in their home)  Our puppies are raised and loved in our home until they go to their new forever home.  We only have a few dogs and only one or two litters each year.  All our dogs are AKC registered.  We strive to raise quality, healthy miniature dachshunds that conform to the dachshund standard for you to love & enjoy as your family pet.

My name is Dawn and I just love my Doxies!  Cookie was my first Doxie and she started it all.  My children help me raise all our dogs & puppies.  They make sure they are loved & well socialized. They help with feeding and cleaning too. My husband helps love on all the dogs too. 

Our puppies are raised inside our home until they are ready for their new homes.  These are quality pets that have been loved & handled daily.  They are well socialized healthy puppies.  They will have had all their vaccinations & de wormings according to their age.  I also have their dewclaws removed.  I give a Health Guarantee with all my puppies.  I price my puppies according to their pedigree, coat, color & pattern. 

My puppies are not cheap puppies, but remember you are getting a quality, healthy puppy.  That cheap puppy may cost you in vet expenses & they may have health or behavorial issues.

And be aware of pet stores that buy from puppy mills or unscrupulous breeders.  Do you really know where they came from or anything about their history or their parents' history?  And how often are they handled & loved?

You may pay a little more for your puppy here, but it will be worth a lifetime of happiness with your healthy & well adjusted puppy.

We have a few dogs that would make excellent Therapy Dogs & bring joy to some local people, so we are going to be doing some Therapy Dog training as well.  I love my Doxies & want to spread some love & sunshine to people that could use a smile.

We will never knowingly sell to puppy mills, pet stores, commercial breeders, or unethical breeders. We prefer not selling our puppies to breeders because we would prefer our pups to have a loving pet home.  We reserve the right to sell or not to sell our puppies to any one.   

All puppies will be sold on a spay/neuter contract or will be spayed/neutered(depending on age) when they go to their forever family.

We have a local pet supply store, Animal Supply, that has all your pet needs from food to shampoo.  Animal Supply is located in Loxahatchee.  Tell Robin or Todd ( yes, you will deal with the owners or their family) that Dawn sent you.  They occasionally have puppies, but they are from local breeders that Robin or Todd know.
